Repair Ceiling Water Damage

We had old ceilings with extensive water damage in spots. Frank's quote was on par with what we received from another contractor, but I can't imagine that anyone else would have been as honest and conscientious or worked so skillfully and diligently. He did not try to talk us into extra work that wasn't critical, but he and his helper nonetheless gave us flawless ceilings. He scheduled work in short time frame, appeared promptly, and completed everything within originally estimated time. He took extra care covering floors and cleaning up afterward. He accidentally broke a blade on a ceiling fan. Without a word, he came the next day with a brand new ceiling fan which he offered free of charge. He worked hands-on alongside his helper the entire time. On top of it all, he's a very nice, talkative and interesting guy. Frank is a keeper.
