Recently, we decided to change our bedroom designs and needed a plasterer to complete the project. After calling eighteen firms over several days, I received a total of five responses over the next four days. Frank and two other firms were immediate with one other firm from Boston who said he would do it if no one else would. Two days after the first conversation, Frank was at my house giving quote. Since there were many small things needing to be done, he supplied a quote that was 6% below his minimum pricing. The date was set for 7:30 am that coming Thursday. At 7:32 am he arrived with his support. The first step was to lay down protective materials over the hardwood floors and seal off all areas not involved in the project. Three hours later, the job was done to expectation with little or no cleanup for me to do. This was very different than the two prior plastering jobs done.

It all started when a portion of our ceiling fell down in the dining room. We called Boston Plastering. Frank came and looked at the damage and said he could help us. He repaired the dining room ceiling and after inspecting the other rooms he replaced ceilings in the kitchen, living room, and 2 hallways with blue board. He also assisted us in finding painters to remove wallpaper and paint the entire apartment as he had good contacts. He was the project manager for the painting job. They moved the furniture and when the job was completed they cleaned up everything. They came on time and did a beautiful job and at a fair price. We highly recommend Boston Plastering.

Called in two different plasterers to view the job, went with Boston Plastering because of the (10%) lower estimate. Fingers crossed because I’ve never dealt with a falling plaster ceiling before, and I was worried about the outcome. My concerns vanished when Frank and his partner arrived. They laid out protective covering and sealed the area off perfectly. Frank got to work on the ceiling and got to work on fixing the problem.
