He repaired the dining room ceiling and after inspecting the other rooms he replaced ceilings in the kitchen, living room, and 2 hallways with blue board. He also assisted us in finding painters to remove wallpaper and paint the entire apartment as he had good contacts. He was the project manager for the painting job.
