I had an upstairs bedroom with a partial wall opening 9'x 4' that was studded and boarded. I needed that area skim coated to match the existing wall area. The outside wall to my living room was 12' high so staging was needed to reach that side. Frank showed up on time and went right to work, finishing on time. My wife and I were very pleased with his clean up. It took a couple days to get Frank out to the Marlborough area to take a look at a small ceiling plaster repair at my place, but once he was here everything went exceptionally well. He explained step-by-step exactly what he would do to fix my ceiling. He answered all of my questions quickly and confidently. He quoted my job immediately and I was even able to make an appointment before he left.

The day of the job he came in and got to work right away. He was very careful with the surrounding areas and he cleaned up very nicely before saying he was done. The ceiling looks great. It's amazing how he was able to match the texture almost perfectly. If I didn't tell him to leave it unpainted then I'd have a hard time telling it apart from the original ceiling. As it is, I have to get on a stepstool and search to notice that it was ever patched at all.

Overall he did an excellent job. He wasn't perfectly punctual at first but it's not even worth knocking a star off the review... especially since my house is apparently pretty far away from where he normally takes jobs. The quality of his work and professionalism more than made up for it.
